The restaurant is divided into two parts, what makes it suitable not only for group parties, but also for a romantic dinner. Our menu consists of exquisite main courses and a selection of sharing plates.

Miz en Bouche is located on the north side of St John Street, very close to Angel tube station and Saddler's Wells Theatre.
Our Express Lunch Menu is ideal for a quick lunch break and set Pre-Theatre Menu is a perfect way to put you in a great mood before the show. Miz en Bouche also offers all-day brunch on Saturdays.

Head Chef, Lucas Rangel
After graduating from Charles Peguy catering academy in France, where he learned all the secrets of French cuisine, despite his young age, Lucas got a position in a traditional Michelin Star restaurant in Le Chateau des Templiers in Loiret. Thriving on a passion for excellence, Lucas decided to move to London to work for the best restaurants in the world. His talent for cooking has been recognised straight away by some of the great names in the culinary industry in England. Lucas' work experience now includes Ramsay's in Chelsea, The Hospital Club and The Garrison in London Bridge.
Lucas decided to become a head chef in Miz en Bouche to combine traditional French cuisine with modern dining in London in his menu. His original concept was based on introducing new, fun side of French and international dishes to contemporary diners in Islington and Clerkenwell. Lucas never compromises on quality and the presentation of his dishes is always exquisite.
